Comprehensive Plan Public Review Draft Release
The Framework 2040 Comprehensive Plan Public Review Draft is now available for community review. For the Comprehensive Plan Update process, residents of unincorporated Maricopa County, stakeholders, agencies, and members of the general public will have the opportunity to submit comments and feedback on this Draft Plan during a two-month (60-Day) review period starting on Thursday, January 29, 2026 until the end of the day on Monday, March 30, 2026.
